Bout of Books 14.0

My absolute favorite read-a-thon is already here! You bet I'm gonna get reading hard!

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, August 17th and runs through Sunday, August 23rd in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 14 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog. - From the Bout of Books team

  1. You're doing very well toward meeting your goals. Just posting each day can be a real challenge. Wow! You picked some serious reading. Are these the types of books you usually read for enjoyment? Or are you taking a literature course?

  2. Thanks! I mainly read "classics" (for lack of a better term) for leisure and because life is sort of like a literature course :) Even though for read-a-thons I'd usually pick some children's or mystery novels purely for the sake of quickness, I really felt like reading The Tenant of Wildfell Hall. IT CHANGED MY LIFE. No exaggeration here.
